Well, there was another job that was supposed to start yesterday. SUPPOSED to.
It didn't.
I don't know how many people who live in Knoxville, TN with me stumble across this thing on any sort of regular basis, but I do know that it's been rainy. Not too bad, but rainy. Well, when Boyfriend/Fiance went to start the new job yesterday, they said that they've pushed the training back for TWO MORE WEEKS!
Apparently they had some leaking, and they needed the time so that they could get some roofers in to fix the issues. So the job is put off for two weeks, and it's now back to being the backup plan. In the meantime, Boyfriend/Fiance is back on the hunt, but it's slow going, and the bills are pouring in. Hopefully something will come up soon...
And the good news in the face of all this suckiness? We got accepted for the recertification on our apartment lease. Bad news? Don't know if we can pay it.
And the hits just keep on coming ...
