Finally today I saw a loss of 2.5 pounds. The sad thing is that I had to literally starve myself at less than 700 calories on top of working out in order to get there.
Even Richard Simmons ate more than that when he started his journey to drop from over three hundred pounds to wherever he is now! When he started, he weighed over three hundred pounds. And he lost it because he ate 1000 calories a day, plus working out. Little skinny fucker with his damn metabolism.
I'm on legal friggin' speed, eating lass than seven hundred, and busting my ass to work out as much as I can stand to work out ... and it took me over a week to lose any damn thing. Grr.
But hey, 2.5 is still better than ZERO, no matter how you look at it.
