I have GOT to get working out. I have 36 more days until my grandmother and little brother come up for vacation!
We've just moved in, so there are still some things that need to be unpacked, some things that need to be purchased, some things that need to be organized ... not to mention the kitchen that is still in it's beginning stages at best. I still have a lot of staples to stock up on so that I can go from feeding 3 every day to feeding five for a week. Anyone out there know of some tasty recipes that are slightly fancy ... and affordable? Oh, yeah ... they should be somewhat quick and easy too ...
And then there's me. I've got to stop eating out of control and start working out more. And fast. I don't expect to lose fifty pounds (or lose my 113 goal loss) in that short time. But I do want to be my best when they get here. You can do a lot for your fitness in 36 even if you can't do much for your weight in such a short time. I just want to be my best, whatever that is, by the time they get here. So here goes.
My cut on my foot is finally healed up to the point where I can step on it without jerking it back up off the floor, nearly knocking myself off what little balance I've got, so I'm starting up again today. So I'm going back to walking away my pounds, going back to DDR, going back to Pilates (yikes) ... If I do each of these once a week, I should be on a great track, since the Pilates workout is 45 minutes, the walk-away workout is about 30 minutes, and the DDR is high cardio ... however long I can stand it, since it's so fun I don't stop till I have to.
So here goes ... And I'll let you know how it goes ...
