I DID IT!!!

I made my workout goal for the week!!! Yeah!!! Now, granted, it was a very small one as far as calories go, but I made it, and I didn't think I would. Now looking back, it wasn't much, and I'm sure I should be able to do it next week. In fact, I may need to up my calories soon if I keep wanting to work out like I do right this minute. Today is the last day of my week, so we will see how next week looks and then go from there ...

I did my Walk Away The Pounds this morning, and it only took fifteen minutes ... to "walk" a mile. No trouble right? If I can work up to doing that twice a day ... or even once a day, that's some mad calorie-burning. Size 8 jeans, here I come!
