My bread is edible, it is tasty, and it isn't BRICK!!! Yeah! It also wasn't flat, and it wasn't burned.
Not bad for a first-timer.
However (isn't there always) ... It still had a little bit of a flour taste, and it wasn't very "fluffy". So I'm satisfied for my first time, but it's only my first time, and once this shot is eaten, I'll make another batch. We're taking the best of the two loaves to our moms, one to Fiance's Mom, and one to my mom!! We shall see, and I'll be trying that again.
